The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered

Oblivion tools are planned for Nirnworks, starting with a repeatable random character generator and a character-focused Library covering races, birthsigns, classes, attributes, and skills. A full character planner is also planned, with support for building and sharing custom classes.
